You organization can raise money up front while eliminating door to door selling tactics. With the fundraisers we offer, the participating artists will gain pride and shelf confidence in realizing their ability to create. Parents will be asking to run these fundraisers again and again!

Flyer Fundraiser
  • You select the day
  • Earn 20% Back
  • Works well for small groups

1. Call us to request a flyer.

The flyer will contain all the necessary information for the fundraiser. Please have a few dates in mind for the desired day so we can coordinate with our company events.

2.Distribute flyers.

Make the desired amount of copies and distribute them around the community.

3.Fundraising time

Supporters will come to our location on the selected day and 20% of thier total bill (excluding tax) will be donated back to you. Remind them to bring the flyer with them or we will not be able to give you any amount we aquire from that person.


3 days after the fundraising date we will mail you one check for the 20% total of all the flyers that were collected.


Canvas Event
  • Flat rate per canvas

  • No minimum purchase

1. Contact us to select an event date and featured painting.

We will create a sample canvas so supporters can see what they will be painting.

2. Select the price and start a pre sale.

Allow some time for your supporters to learn about your fundraiser and start selling tickets. You select the price each ticket will sale for. You may design your own ticket or we can provide one for you.

3. Painting Day

Please keep in mind that events should be at least 2 hours long to ensure enough time for the canvas to be painted. Remind those that have purchased tickets piror to the event to bring thier tickets or canvases will not be supplied and have someone at the event that can sell tickets before the event starts.
